This may be an obvious choice, youtube! Has about 30 or 40 vids on the smokey eyed look, from the arabian style to the classic applications, and there are also dozens of good vids on how best to apply foundation,if im stuck for something i always go to youtube first, great resource xx

Yup love youtube- I have pushed her before but I have to say love Panacea81 - if you like ordinary gg's and geordie accents then she is a pearl and quite funny too

Will have to look out for her then, and yeah, the geordie accent is lovely. I did post a few tutorials on my website, youtube links, but what im after now is my make up artist to post a few tutorials for me, maybe even give me a makeover on camera, im terrible with make up i think xx

A lot of cosmetics companies are now pushing a "Primer" before foundation and pressed powder.

Can anyone tell me if this is worth it, or just another money burner ???

    Thanks ... Nicky XXX

    Nicky,
Not sure. If its for Girls with not so wowee skin, which covers most of us, then I would guess it maybe is replacing beard cover or concealer.
I always use moisturiser after shaving,,,and then after 10-15 minutes apply beard cover ( though pan stick type foundation would work equally as well I guess). Sometimes I leave the base as that, sometimes I add another thin layer of liquid foundation and then use loose powder and brush off excess. Aftre that do eyes, blusher etc and finally lippy.

    Yeah Pauline, that's what I think !
Primer is just a mousturiser, which I use everyday and everytime I wash my face ??? nicky XXXX

Well boob jobs are strange to me - disaster waiting to happen having silicone inside you...when they burst there is no way to sort out the mess. Having sold plastics for medical devices including implants its an area fraught with problems. P xx
