I`ve worn really big heels for years,one of my friends told me i handled them better than most real girls, what i didn`t handle though was a huge intake of white wine, resulting in my downfall,i don`t blame the heels at all,and six months lateri can now wear a pair of shoes again,not heels yet,but i will when given the all clear

I have come very close to doing similar damage (also on white wine) and have come to the conclusion 'don't drink and walk' (lol) hope you're ok hon xxx
