It has to be edited and activated by me or another editor and then made available for all members via weekly updates. No article that is posted ever gets to show in articles straight away - we don't censor content but we do try to make sure format and flow looks good as an article
I am going to try and get the first version of weekly updates out after several months with nothing - either tomorrow or between Xmas and New Year. Depends on how fast the elves wrap presents....

Hi Andrep,
Articles are only activated when we send out a newsletter for the site, which goes to all 10.000 plus members. This has been very intermittent this year and our goal is to send out the newsletter every two weeks. The last newsletter went out on 19th September, so the next one will be around the 3rd or 4th October.
As we try to give all writers and potential writers a platform here on Transtastic - my editing is only ever formatting and grammar, never content ( I do not censor other people's views) - that means that in most weeks we only usually publish one story by an author.
The plus for you of being published is that you usually get several hundred reads. If you have a series of stories - like the Barbie ones - then it helps a lot if members can look back at the history and follow the stories from the beginning.
As you have found out posting your stories as blogs does not get many hits or reads. So if you would like to post your early blog stories as stories under articles I am prepared to post 2 for every newsletter and then after we have caught up with the backlog one per newsletter.
Sometimes it's actually better to let things flow at a slower speed.
Oh and please don't forget to add a photo of you or something to each article/story - so that when they are published the link will be there on the main page.
I hope that helps
