Tips for Washing Clothes & Wigs

    Here is something for all you girls out there...how often should we wash our clothes ?

    underwear after every wear!!.... but other clothes it depends on the fabric and quality!.... cheap dresses from places like matalan I tend to dry clean!.... M&S and other labels that are a decent quality and really washable, I wash regularly especially after a night out when they are subject to very hard wear and tear!!!

    p.s. a good washing machine is essential!! which can wash at cool temps but gently!

    I like some Primark clothes - and their mock Ugg boots are really cheap; but isnt it still cheaper to wash things? hugs P xx
    I am lazy today as well...afternoon will be painting toe nails which is always fun

    Amy, Here are some links for how to wash wigs. In general its recommended taht you use special wig shampoo + conditioner - you can get them from paul's hair world (which is near the Village), or any place that sells wigs.
    There are different techniques for synthetic and human hair wigs. Some links below -

    You should go to Oldham Street in Manchester - there are FOUR wig shops within about 100 yards - Oldham Street is just off Picadilly and about 10 mins walk from the Village. Pauls Hair world is biggest and staff are very helpful...their site has advice on putting wigs on etc. hugs P xxx

    At Wiggins in Liverpool you can buy speciaol wig shampoo which brings them up as good as new. I am sure other wig shops sell it too.

    ha ha that would be a job in its self to put em all on lol and yes thats true my shoe collection is getting there need more handbags tho

    I have worn 2 at the same time that kinda worked in a gothi burlesqui sense. Ok btw anyone who is contorting themselves slapping theirown backs for washing something with the gorgeous drying weather which has now dissolved into dismal driving drizzle .. carry on lol ... there is always the dryer when I decide to wash somethin

    yes of course they are - just make sure they are clean before you sell them .....back to washing again !!!
