    Hi,
I have just been asked by my boss to spend a couple of weeks in London in September covering for a colleague.
I don't know the London scene at all and so I wondered if anyone could suggest an area / hotel to stay in and places to go to mid week?
    Thanks
    Devon

    Hi Devon,

I have copied in some more girls that I know either live in London or know the places to go. If you want action then you could try Candy Girls or Legs 800 (the latter is under events on a weekly basis here on Transtastic). Also the Way Out club is worth trying.

There is no Tgirl friendly area like the Village in Manchester, as London is too big for that so you will need to try different places.

As to hotels - it depends where you need to stay for your trip. Any Travel Lodge or Premier Inn is TG friendly and as long as you have the chutzpah to leave the hotel "en femme" you should be OK. Check with Helen Wade about the Beaver Hotel - if that is the old Philbeach resurrected then it could be good.

And - Try asking Andrea Caskin - she knows lots of places to go.

    hugs

Hi, although London has nowhere like the Village in Manchester there is Soho in the WestEnd and clubs like Tranny Shack at Madam Jojo's, one person definitly getting in contact with is Debbie Essex who probably knows more than a lot of girls where to go as well as being the DJ at the Legs800 club who is also on Transtastic xxx
