I think that whatever size clothing, the main thing is to find what fits, what suits as well as what is fun and comfortable to wear:)

and gone are the days of me in a size 10 but i hope to squeeze into a georgous lipsy dress i got off ebay but i will have to get it let out me finks xxxx

Back in the mists of antiquity when sizes were real...i could squeeze in to a size 16 skirt ( and i had a 29" waist back then)...I think todays size 12 is nearer to what a 16 was then. Thats also why MM was a 16 in the 50s...and she had a 26" waist....LOL.
Always best to wear clothes that fit ...they look better too, hugs P xxx

Oh I forgot to say that I am an 18 in some clothes and a 16 in others. And yes I am trying to loose weight, but not to get into smaller sizes!

i can get into a 10 on some items and a 14 for the tops, and then it has to be a 16, so what has happened to the sizing these days? being only 5ft 6inches and now weighing only 10st 8lb and a shoe size 8 shopping for cloths is easy, but then i am lucky being the size i am, it must be annoying for the bigger girls, especially when it comes to the shoes. love collette XXX.
