Aching breasts - is this normal?

  • February 9, 2013 2:10 PM GMT
    Hi everyone,
For a while now my man-boobs have been growing, though I'm actually losing weight.
I am using some herbal tablets supposed to help increase size.

Recently, my breasts have started aching - best description is as if they are bruised. They are tender if I lay on them.

So, is this normal and to be expected?
Is there a solution, or should I just be glad I'm developing?

    Love, Bev x x

    Hi Bev

Lucky you! Can I ask what herbals you use and how long? I have been taking Evanesce herbals since September. It seems like the main effect so far is mental for me...just feeling very "girly". I do have some breast development (a little) but I'm not sure if that is from the herbals or from the massages with breast cream. Thanks.

Hi Nina, there is a thread on this forum about Breasts, and the last couple of pages of posts cover what I use. I'm surrently taking Pueraria Mirifica along with Saw Palmetto and Fenugreek. I've also used Fennel in the past.
It has taken about 3 years (might be 4) to go from basically flat to having A cup boobs (though of course cup size depends on bra manufacturer, not some measurement chart).

As you may gather from my post, my boobs have started aching, and still growing though I've lost weight due to a diet my wife is on!

Would love to het to a good sized B cup (well, a C really, but B will do) so I'll happily put up with the ache.

On the positive side, my wife has taken me bra shopping - for sports bras only, but it's a start!

Thanks Bev. Wow, that's a long time, but glad you're getting results. Enjoy!

Well Nina, at least I'm getting there and without being on hormones.
And it's the right speed for me in my situation.
I suspect if you want faster you need to go the doctor/hormone route.

You're right, and I think the herbals are great for me too, Bev. I just don't know if I can afford them...but then how can you put a price on having breasts lol

Well, I'm spending about £15 a month on breast enhancement. Over 3 or 4 years this has been a goodly amount, but for me it's affordable. And the aching means it's working. This has been more evident since I started the Pueraria Mirifica, which was only about 3 months ago.

Really? Thant's much less expensive than the Evanesce herbal capsules I've been taking. Can you tell me where to get Pueraria Mirifica?
    Thanks.

Thanks again Bev. Which is working for you: pills, cream, spray?
