5 & 26 feb lgbt book group at dalmuir library in the evening
11 feb lgbt panel discussion at dalmuir library featuring an author, lawyer, drag king, and more.
13 feb evening talk by patrick harvie msp at dumbarton library
15th feb -brokeback mountain film screening in the evening at dumbarton library
16th feb reminiscence afternoon at clydebank library
23rd feb photography workshop at dumbarton library
throughout the month; collecting objects at clydebank museum...
just a note- some events will have limited availability (esp jewellery and photography workshops) so they're free but ticketed.. book a place.. contact details should be on the council website and in the libraries.

Hi Kate only just noticed this, would be interested to know how the events went? Especially the one about collecting objects for the museum - the mind boggles!

the film got cancelled because there were only a handful of people booked, the politician's talk got cancelled because of snow that day, nobody turned up to the book group or to the jewellery workshops. the panel discussion was a success with maybe 20 in the audience. the reminiscing and the photography went ahead but only had two participants do each. and as far as i'm aware nobody donated anything to the museum.
