its a bit complicated lol

first take the first 3 letters of your surname then the first 2 letters of you first name

thats your first name.....

then take the first 3 letters of your mums maiden name followed by the first 2 letters of the place you were born....

my blokey name is ...mormi coolo

and my girly name is moram coolo
