Hi all, just wondered if any other people out there also enjoy getting out and about by bike. For me, it's my second favorite hobby. Although i'm not brave enough to combine the two. lol. Its also a good excuse for having smooth legs, although ive only use Nair on mine a week ago.
Hitting the quiet country lanes for a few hours on a sunny day is a great stress reliever for me and a really enjoyable way to get fit, as you can still stop for a cuppa and cake. Can't really do that in the gym.
So if any one has some good riding pics or stories, feel free to add them on here.

Done a lot of cycling in the past, and a few charity rides, which were realy enjoyable, must get back in the swing of it, if not just for the smooth excuse lol :-)

I have carbon fibre road bike and a full susser MB. I prefer the roads to be honest. This year the weather has just been so awful that I have harldy been out but last year I was averaging 100 miles per week. That was 3 rides of around 33 miles in a time of about 1 hour 45 mins.

That's me half way up a 10,000 foot climb when I cycled across Mexico for Macmillan Cancer Relief about 10 years ago.

I cycle 10 miles a day to and from work, I love it. Ive just joined the pedlers arms bike club in Leeds run by Jess, a trans meeting place which teaches you how to look after your bike if you didnt already know.
