Its tough trying to walk in heels on cobbled streets ( Canal street) or on lawns ( The park)...never mind negotiating a normal pavement/sidewalk. Maybe these little "wotsits" will help next time you are at a BBQ or about and about?

Or you could just wear blockier heels on grass.... or even, dare I say it, flats...

    Hi Sue

I think Amy Jane means flat shoes....hence flats.
Its a term commonly used by shoe retailers for womens' shoes without heels. See one link here - http://www.shopstyle.co.uk/browse?fts=flats+shoes

For me when I am walking round the Village they make a lot of sense, either in your handbag for when you get foot ache or sometimes as a change if you know you will be on your feet for a long time, like Sparkle.

    Hope that helps
