Pedicures

    Yes you can go and have it done professionally...but its also something you can do yourself, and a lot cheaper. Though having someone give you a pedicure is a luxury thats very soothing.

    And even if you dont paint your toenails you can still have the pleasure of having prettier feet.

    Why not have a go...or make some comments about what you do?

    My toes have been painted 'everyday' for the past 12 years... I never let mine get past 4 weeks before I re-do them... one day I will treat myself to a pro-pedicure & get a manicure done at the same time, my friend owns her own Salon so she said she'd do me a good discount (plus she's just hired a new nail specialist) ...

    For Lizzie and I, First up comes the clean, buff and polish. Next up, cuticle cream and then once all is done the colour and laquer

    Oh, almost forgot!! If anyone is interested, Superdrug do a brand of polish by the name of "Miss Sporty" its not expensive, it dries alot faster than most quick drying brands and its very strong

    I love getting pedicures. I try and go every two to three weeks when I can in the summer. I love wearing flip flops as much as I can. Especially after a 10 hour work. Day on ny feet. I use to get polish for all the big holidays it was my favorite time. The design the lady's came up with were great. Except my gf now hates when that happens and I just don't do it as often so it is my little secret.
