Magnetic Nail Polish

When nail art became a thing 3 years ago it was for kids....and Beckie.

30 somethings were not flocking to nail art studios in Shoreditch and getting all experimental. But this summer things have changed...all manner of celebs from Alexa Chung to Jessie J have been displaying their nails. And cosmetics companies have caught on and produced nail polishes that grown ups can play with...maybe even me ( FYI I am the original girl with 5 painted nails and 5 unpainted).

Nails Inc has a polish with a magnet in the lid. Hover it over your nail and the magnet does the arty bit. At £13 a pot....maybe its a cheapie summer fashion fix, or perhaps its nostalgia for the 90s?

    Lisa...

Oldies like me and those like me, who cant really paint their nails, are way behind trend...hence the forum. I try now and then with red.....like a scarlet woman I guess.

As I have a regular manicure at Nails Inc (I know it's expensive but..) and had already planned to have one just before Sparkle, I've ordered magnetic varnish for that visit. So I'll have attractive nails at Sparkle.
