Thanks for the replies. I actually got a waist shaper from Debenhams yesterday that works quite well. It'll be hard work to cut out the beer although I'll give the abs crunches a go after I get in from the pub later. ;-)

actually love baileys- although partial to the odd- as it would be- glass of cider I also drink quite a bit of water when I am out partying which costs me nothing other than the occasional frown of a disapproving or under pressure bar staff person!!!

as i do not drink, i do not have a beer belly, i find a blackcurrent cordial with water is good, it is cheap and looks quite nice as well, so why not try having one between beers? might save you a bit of cash in this financial climate and also help with the beer belly, and you might not get drunk so quick lol, love collette XXX.

I got mine (black one) from Very, see Linky

    http://www.very.co.uk/miraclesuit-full-control-waist-cincher/733076164.prd?browseToken=%2fb%2f1724%2fs%2fbestsellers%2c0&trail=1589-1710-1724

I know it shows the fasteners to the front, but I wear mine with fasteners to the back, cos if you are wearing a figure hugging dress it will show. The more you wear it the flatter your stomach will become, NB: Not to wear when sleeping!
I did have the one from Debenhams but the material isnt as good as this one.
Bottom line Its awsome, at the end of the day you get what you pay for, carnt expect to pay for a Lada & perform like a Lotus.
