Went in drab to Croydon today and while wandering round the shops, visited Allders store. While perusing the cosmetics department I stopped to look at foundation in the Estee Lauder area. The ladies were fantastic. I got a makeover and loads of advice. My make up was subtle and looked the best I have ever had. I can highly recommend the ladies for their acceptance of me and their expert help and tuition. They completed a make over chart listing each product they had used and its price. I'm going back next week for a facial and to invest in more of their products. I am buying the whole works, foundation, powder and blusher 1st, then every few weeks calling back to get lippie, eye liner, eyebrow pencil and mascara. All my old stuff is headed for the bin!

you got the courage - have looked at the same several times when in departemental stores or perfume shops, but never deared to ask for a make-up demonstration on me! You gave me confidence and will try next time!

I didn't even ask! The help was offered, not in a patronising way, but as if I was important. She started by trying the foundation on my jaw line and then asked if I wanted it all over. At each stage it was, " would you like me to try". She made it so easy and gave me pointers as to how to apply the products. She was brilliant.

I went to the Bobbi Brown counter in the Trafford centre presented as Susie, I asked for a couple of eye shadows ended up having a full makeover removed my make up and did the lot again.

Fabulous hour recommend to anyone the girls are so nice.

Yesterday I had an appointment with Debbie at the Estee Lauder counter for a facial. It was bliss! I spent the whole afternoon just feeling my smooth skin. Yet more products to buy over the next few months. Last time Debbie did me a subtle makeover. In a couple of weeks I have an appointment for a dramatic look makeover. She is such a lovely lady.
