Hi Folks - can anybod recomend any CD friendly hotels in London?. I have to go for a meeting in February and I want to stay for a couple of days. I hope to build up enough courage to go out of my room dressed

Well it depends where you want to be going out I guess. I've never had any issues with any hotels and being dressed - even in the bars. Maybe the funny looks and the OMGs - but as a rule, no issues.

My advice is work out where you are going to spend the evening - if you're coming down on a weekend then WayOut is always a easy place to cut your teeth (well as easy as it gets) - and there is a hotle just around the corner (I forget what it's called).

Soho is always good for a laugh if you have the confidence - but hotels are going to be expensive. Also if you need to get places - then book a cab, rather than flag one down (the later is much more fun mind you) then you'll no have any issues. Addison Lee are a good firm, and all over London and I've never had any issues with them.

Chamberlain is convenient for wayout
