I'm a huge fan of big knickers that keep you tucked and hold things in. I've got about 40 pairs and wear them every day. (I've got 3 pairs of man pants). Only downside is the VPL in tight fitting skirts which I love as well. What do you girls use to help make that feminine shape?

Yes, I agree about big knickers, but, if I want to hold my tummy in and tight, I wear post pregnancy knickers.

They are not prosthetic at all and you can buy them at Kmart. They are just tight across the belly right up to the ribcage !
