sighs, something I have noticed with age is that life is cruel. People enter our lives and leave, people die, human hearts are continually broken. Not merely broken, ripped apart. We all carry on and smiles and love see us through the darkest of days. We all need to help, to heal all those broken hearts. All we need to do is a smile, a random act of kindness, a pleasant word xxxx

Very true Nicky....its like people saying that some one else completes them...they don't...ever.
The book "A Return to Love" by Marianne Williamson has much better explanations than I could ever give

sorry i truely believe a heart can be broken .
after a 20 yr marriage 4 beautifull children only to find your wife in bed with your sisters husband ,
my heart was completely broken .
but my glass is always half full .
and i meet catherine and its truely on the mend.
