Well, you have to wash more during the heat. The worst thing is thrush and you can get rid of that in two ways buy the cream from the pharmacy or use live greek style plain yoghurt, I kid you not there is a biological part of this type of yoghurt that kills off the fungus that creates the thrush. I used it on a female friend after we read about this in a woman's magazine. Having sex with it or using a toy makes for the best reaction from a female other than the real thing an orgasm. lol.
Two camps on using talc, one says it is cancerous the other it is fine. But your dryness down there is important as that starts to make bacteria and smells. The cleaner you are the better things can get. Of course, if you get excited and pre-cum happens then try to clean up as quick as you can.
