How do CIS Girls deal with wearing makeup when it is HOT, HOT, HOT outside?

I suspect they go with minimum makeup. However, for me I need a fair amount of
foundation and makeup to be able to feel comfortable going out. A beard cover, then
foundation, then regular makeup and contouring to help give my face the illusion of
a feminine shape.

The problem is that the Summer Heat really plays havoc with my makeup.

Are there brands of makeup that can withstand the heat without melting?

If so, can you post some suggestions?
