Does anyone own one of these or have ever worn one for a period of time? I’m looking for some ideas, suggestions on wearing one for a full day. Keeping it on; having to readjust it; the need to remove in order to take a crap.
If any other girl out there has the experience I’d love to compare notes.

I often wear mine under my clothes at work. I have the bladder version. Mostly comfortable and I am able to wear for 8 hours no probs. Only issue is the gusset of my knickers getting a little sticky if I get turned on.
