OK girlies, here is the scoop. We all want tone legs, tight round butts, lean and sexy waists, and big boobs! So I will volunteer a bit of my experience in the ahtletic/sports/fitness world to help answer those diet and fitness questions that girls always have. Other contributions are also welcome. While a corset is a tgirls best friend, a bit of physical fitness (if just to keep up in the bed!) always helps.

And sports & fitness fashions too! I luuuuv yoga wear!

I do have a bonifide background, but remember that all exersice programs should be done with the consult of a doctor (tall dark and handsome at that! Oh, and rich.)

    Kisses and cardio,
    Jasmine

PS--At the very least, imagine an old school 80s aerobics class full of trannys! Just think of the tights and leg-warmers....

Oh, and to be open, I have a stocky athletic body that would be as square as spoonge bob if it were not for a waist cincher!

Are wit and being canadian mutually exclusive?

I for one am not into aerobics programs...leg warmers are fun though. Walking briskly every day helps for sure...which is something I do need to do more often. Big boobs - I don't see me getting those at any time from any exercise program - the reverse as smaller boobs usually are a result of getting toned and fit.

Jasmine how about some motivational tips and the odd workout suggestion?

    LOL thanks girls!

And Pauline, I was wondering if anyone would call me on the big boods thing!

OK, here is our first Tranny Fit Tip! For those girls that do not like to get too sweaty, "sweating to the oldies," with Richard Simmons, I suggest working the core muscles. These are the muscles that will promote good posture adn help in tightening (maybe slimming a bit too) the waist line to help get hour glass shape. You will also be able to wear a corset for longer periods of time!

This first exercise is called the plank. It is popular with yoga instructors and other S & M freaks dressed in gymwear! You adopt the push-up position with a good straight back, keeping your neck and head straight looking forward. Now hold this position - simple, but deceptively effective. Hold for 30 seconds, rest for 30 second, then repeat up to 5 times. If you are unable to get to 30 seconds or 5 repeats, don't worry, just do less to start. If you can do more, great, do them longer - 45 or 60 seconds each.

There are some variations of course. You can rest on your forearms, or use just one hand, etc. I will post a few links!

    Kisses and sweat!

As always, starting a new exercise regime should be done under the consult of a medical expert...which I am not. But I look dynamite in a nurse's outfit!

Oh A-M J, I just was just reading your comments on losing weight. Don't we all struggle in some degree? I want you to think about one thing, get good veggie carbs. They burn slower and are more fiberous, etc. Brocs and cauliflour can be your friend.

As a suggestion, I have had experience and success with trying the South Beach diet. It is a bit trendy, but it does work. And it can work fast. That said, like a lot of diets it can be a bit to follow, so I only suggest following it for a week or two, then slowly adding wheat based carbs again, but at a slow pace. From my research on this particular diet system, it was designed for people with cardiac issues. The intent of the diet was originally to cleanse the body of fast sugars and other not so nice things in order to save a patient's life! One of those, "get your diet sorted, or you'll drop dead," commands for your MD. The happy by-product was that patients were also dropping tremendous amounts of weight in the first week or two, hence the Dr that started it got rich after writing his book!

And you are suggested to eat eggs for breakie. I can't defend eggs enough, they have gotten a bad rap which is undeserved. Eggs also have a tendency to make you feel full until well after noon.

I hope this helps, don't be afraid to call me a complete twit if I am giving what you thing if daft advice, but I know what worked for me.

    Kisses
    Jasmine
