I've decided to post this discussion since I'm a moderator so people know it's ok to talk about it openly.

I've been on a lot of forums in the past where members have been flared down and ridiculed for asking / talking about this subject.

I'm interested in this subject purely for medical reasons, but whatever reason someone maybe interested in this subject is cool.

Most I ask is keep the replies none sexual.

So that aside, long time ago when on a lot of opiates for pain which I'm now back on, due to weight gain and constipation a nurse suggested a possible trip to the hospital for an enema, but like most things on the NHS it never happened.

So if anyone does them on themselves? to others? knows the best equipment to buy, cheapest prices, where to buy? feel free to post.

I am sure a lot of girls and guys would be interested in this for many reasons, even if it just to be clean for a good anal session, so don't be afraid to post your knowledge..
