I'm in Scotland and do go out publicly as and when I want to. I don't just stop at Hadrian's wall though. Oh no!
I have on occasions, ventured outside in England, Wales and even Barcelona once or twice. Does it matter where in the world you go out? I know that it doesn't matter to me. Just asking.
