I was given a very pretty lingerie set of bra, panties and suspender belt as a present recently (Okay, it was a Valentines gift!).
All worn once and into the washing basket they go.

Before heading out to work yesterday, I tossed a load of dark items into the machine and set it on timer for when I came home last night.

I have just emptied the load from the machine out only to discover my pretty new bra among the load and now a very murky grey!

I suppose I could always do the same with the knickers and suspender belt.

Too much haste!
