It is strange how music can affect your moods, this is well usually used to great effect in the movies.

However, We all have go to music, like an old friend, a favourite place that either with go to feel safe or invoke happy memories.

Recently I've felt wee bit low in myself, so the late great Warren Zevon, tends to play a lot on my CD player. When I'm happy it's the nutty boys Madness. I also have a guilty music secret in the from of ABBA.

I suppose i'm more season driven in music choice,spring and summer time revert to the inner hippy in me and regress to my festival days so Neil Young, James Taylor, Joni Mitchel to Stone roses, faithless, Fat boy Slim, Autumn and winter more AC/DC, ZEP, Pink Floyd and the absolute queen Kate Bush, no guilty music secrets if you like it it's good simple and as a child born 1970 ABBA was the soundtrack to my childhood hun they made some great music, xxx
