As my profile says, I've thought about being female since the age of five. I have been dressing as a girl since the age of seven which was also when I started discovering sexuality.....albeit on my own!
I've been lucky in many ways and my gender issues are pretty common knowledge amongst friends and family. Never been full time but did get hormones after a brief time being analysed but never stuck to them. Made my choice for my reasons. Do I sometimes wish things had been different....started earlier, had parents who viewed it differently, been born in a country where change was more commonplace ? Yes. But I'm making the best of my decision.
