Hello Ladies,
On my “To Do” List for 2016 I was going to go to a Ladies Day Race Meeting and I have found a mid week one (which is unfortunately all I can do) that ticks all the boxes.

It’s at Uttoxeter Race Course on Thursday 9th June. Racing starts at 18:00 and Vernon Kay takes over as DJ after it finishes.

Alana and I have booked a table in the panoramic 1907 Restaurant and you are all welcome to join us. I have told the restaurant that others may be joining us and they have given me a reference number to quote (999927480902) and they will add you to our table.

Hotels nearby are in short supply so we are at the Mercure at Burton upon Trent, if you book in there we can share a taxi / mini coach/ double-decker (depending on how many of you come along!!)

Pauline , Train station about 4/5 miles so taxi required I suggest

I know a few good pubs and breweries in Burton,infact Burton is well worth a night out

I have to check out the Pauline piggy bank, as its only a month before Sparkle. I will do some calculations and see if its feasible. Gut feel tells me I cannot afford it, which is a shame
