Can anyone help. I'm having trouble uploading pics. It just says "Error #2038". Is me me being blond again or is some other problem?
Could put my brown wig on and try again!

Hi Stella,

Is it from one device? As per my answer on tablets I have asked Beckie for a fix. Also see my comments there about other people having no issues uploading pix - there have been lots of photo uploads in the past few days in both the safe/general feed and the adult feed.
I know that doesn't help you, but I am not in any way techy so I am reliant on Beckie to fix issues.

I can upload pics via the chat window thingy, but I keep getting an error message when I try to upload to my pic albums. i should say that I am using an Android mobile phone for my internet connection.

Hiya - I've check things out on my tablet (andriod) and it seems OK for me. I suspect it's a version of the OS or mobile... and and some point it might get resolved (either here or on the device). It is really hard to keep track of all the devices I'm afraid - we try and keep everything as open and simply on Transtastic. Sorry x
