The big question is why?
Why would you pay for this "long distance therapy" at US $ 135 per hour, when you can talk to your GP and go through the NHS?
This Dr Bushong seems like a snake oil salesman or con artist just by reading his web site. If it looks too good to be true it probably is.
I don't see how someone living in the US who charges can help you achieve what you want to when you live in England.
Why not read some of the articles and blogs on here by people like Gemma and Steph Holmes, who are either transitioning or have transitioned? And ask them directly for advice.
Please don't give any of your money to Dr Bushong.
