Am I on my own not being able to get on chat? Over the past few days whenever I click on it the screen is just blank, like there's never anyone there. Surely this is not the case? What could have happened and is there anything I can do about it?

Do you mean the "Who's Online" feature or the chatroom? Afaik, hardly anyone uses the chatroom. However, "Who's Online" instant message works a treat.

I found a small button that's easy to catch, right next to where chat comes up at the bottom right of the screen (in full site mode as opposed to the mobile site). I had simply caught this button at some point and it just happens to be the button that turns chat on and off.

Alicia, you may also have this setting stopping you from getting on the instant chat. I'd love to chat with you too. Xx
