I don't have pierced ears so it has to be ones that clip on. These really hurt my lobes quite quickly. Am I missing something? Any suggestions girls?

I got ones from Matalan, they have a soft white plastic/rubber piece that sits against the ear, they are too comfy  I forget I have them on, take my top off and pull them off (they're a bit dangly), doesn't hurt though, just minor embarrassment.

I got mine pierced almost 3 years ago, a terrible decision, I can't stop buying ear rings. I just have to have new ones to match a new top or a new look or because they are so pretty and make me feel sexy. I get compliments on my jewellery and a necklace or bracelet, or both to match is really essential. I'm sure if I ever took heroin it would be like ear rings, addictive but such fun.

Its a bit of a lottery. I have some real earrings of torture and some I can wear all day. Try doing a search on Ebay for clip on hoop earrings. There are a few ebay stores that do spring loaded clip ons. These are really comfortable and look like you have pierced ears as well. The stores that do the hoops have a whole range of spring loaded clip ons.

Janet's correct the ones with plastic are better and you do get used to them in time. Rita it's not just earrings it's shoes, underwear, make up dresses, let's face it is cost a lot to crossdress. You can get the dangly one that are ajustable but the don't a;ways look right. good luck xx

Try charity shops and market stalls - they often have clip on earrings. They are almost impossible to find on the High Street now. As Susan says you can buy clip on ones on E bay, and one earring seller also sells the little attachments that you can clip on to your ears and then convert dangly earrings.

    Try these links

    1. http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/Earrings-/50647/m.html?item=370762932415&hash=item56533160bf&var=&pt=UK_JewelleryWatches_WomensJewellery_Rings_SR&_ssn=thecliponshop

    2. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Beautiful-Tear-Drop-Designed-Crystal-Rhinestone-Diamante-Clip-On-Dangle-Earrings-/321436239765?pt=UK_JewelleryWatches_WomensJewellery_Rings_SR&hash=item4ad717c795

    3. http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/Earrings-/50647/m.html?_ssn=rosared_0&item=331152785330&_from=R40&_nkw=clip+on+earrings&_pgn=2&_skc=50&rt=nc

If you search on E bay on sellers like these you will find the little plastic or rubber grommets which make them comfortable or try magnetic earrings - they are definitely comfy.

I have found that some earrings just are painful to wear, they do to my ears what high heels do to my feet ... so however nice they look on I tend to wear those that dont pinch my ears.

As with shoes a girl never have too many pairs of earrings.

    Happy hunting

Mine are double-pierced and they don't hurt at all....As I'm a TS, no one looks twice.....
