    He is working as part of the police force's campaign to crack down on kerb-crawlers who molest lone women in Nutley, New Jersey, and gets “picked up” before making his surprise arrest.

  • Pauline Smith Thanks Bebe, I took the time out to check on Nutley as a community and back in the 1940s it was a suburban community and still is. So I would think that Eugene Davis's actions protected lots of ordinary women folk from molestation, even if he is less...  more
