  A 66-year-old man who has a beard and has been suffering from a swollen stomach has been told that he is a ‘woman’.
  
  Doctors in Hong Kong told the patient that his enlarged stomach was due to an ovarian cyst, it has been reported, and tests revealed that he suffers from two previously undiagnosed, rare genetic disorders.
  
  The patient had Turner syndrome, which on its own affects around one in every 2,000 baby girls. Infertility and short stature are characteristics of the condition.
