  This blog is a sort of advert!……. Cleared, I hasten to add, with the site moderators!

  To earn a living, I make short videos for individuals and small businesses, which they can use on their own website or a YouTube channel, to promote themselves…. I worked in TV, radio, marketing and trianing for years, so I offer three things to my clients:

  The first step is help them think about what they offer and to talk about it from the customer’s perspective not their perspective……..then practise telling it to the camera as a story, that a potential customer or client would be interested in.

  I then teach them the skill to speak confidently and directly to camera, often the hardest thing to learn!

  I then shoot a hi def video of them telling their business message or promotional story which is directly aimed at getting new customers or clients.

  I then go away and do the titling and edited and deliver a couple of days later a DVD/mov file  ready to upload onto the website of choice. The whole thing takes half a day maximum and can be done in virtually any location, such as your home or office or outside, if appropriate. I am the only one involved, as a combined trainer/teacher, cameraman, crew, editor and director!

  So far this is a totally straightforward offering for the thousands of people out there who find they have had to become their own business or sell their own skills onto the marketplace. I’ve worked with lots of people who have been made redundant who are starting up their own business or individuals who are freelance and sell their services or skills. It is very tough at the moment and video is a good way to help sell yourself online.

  Obviously making contact through Transtastic, I understand any apprehension about keeping your t-girl and ordinary life apart!.... so full discretion is guaranteed on any job. you know I’m a t-girl and I have to work in the drab world and need to keep my work life and private life apart, so we would have a mutual trust and understanding between us not to cross over that boundary! One of the reasons I’m doing this is that work is really scarce at the moment and I suddenly thought that my online sisters and admirers might be a good place for some friendly, discreet, business contacts.

  I work in drab when training and filming, so there is a clear line between the ‘t-world’ and the ‘ordinary work world’.

  On the other hand!!....... I can also offer a totally separate video service to film you dressed, if that is desirable. I know many girls would like to have a professional video, nicely lit, of them dressed to load onto their own website, so that is an offer too and I’d be happy to dress if you wanted to make you feel more comfortable while I direct and film. I could shoot a short, elegant little sequence that makes you look good, it can be fruity too! Although full on porno is not really feasible, with the time and resources available!!   

  My basic fee to train, shoot and provide a 1 to 3 minute promotional video for loading online, is £175.00 plus petrol for travel, which is pretty cheap for video production!

  I’m based in West London but can drive up to 100 miles away or so. So Birmingham Bristol and all in between are in reach! If you are based far up north and we can look at including a travel cost!  

  A simple 3 minute t-girl video is about the same price £175.00 plus travel costs, although it depends on how complex you want it! and that doesn’t include clothes, make-up or props etc. However if you are trying to recreate a scene from Pirates of the Caribbean where you are the gorgeous heroine who gets abducted by crusty pirates!......well that might cost a bit more!    

  I bring all my own lights, cameras and equipment by car and it is just me involved!

  Video is used by everyone these days to promote themselves in business and the more professional and friendly and interesting it is, the more potent in getting new business and customers.
