  Hello Friends

  Due to a recurrence of an illness I had last year now more serious I have been unable to work or get online as much as I want to and the strong medication I am on makes me very tired. This illness leaves me constantly shaking and cold but its not flu, it is something to do with an allergy I have developed and will know the results of the blood test I had this week on monday. 

   

  I hope to be back to normal as soon as possible and will cacvth up with you all then.
