Putting the transgender on the map

    Hi

It feels good to be needed and for the second year TG London have been asked to provide a presence at the Diversity Careers Show on 19th October and at the Big Gay Lifestyle Show on Saturday 20th October at the Grand Connaught Rooms.

So we’re making a "T" presence. Putting the "T" in GLBT.

We have been given the privilege to represent the TransGender Community and we are making a presence to make us and the community proud.

At the Big Gay Lifstyle Show we have been asked if we can represent the TransGender Community on a community lifestyle stand at Europe's biggest LGBT expo, its promising to be even bigger and better event than previous years.

There'll be live entertainment from musical artists, comedians, theatre and dance troupes alongside information stands and an interactive fun-zone.

Hosted by Square Peg Media, there really will be something for everyone.

Check out the web pages for further information:

It would be great to see many T-girl faces on the day and it will make a statement to the community at large that we exist.

    See you there.

    Hugs

    Ria

    Xx

  • Ria Lacey Hi All Report back from the events. Each of the days were interesting in their own way. At The Career Show the various companies and organisations although having GLBT forums and councils knew very little about the "T" entailed. This also...  more
  • Wrolf Blinkdog Real inroads into 'T' education. Brilliant. Well done Ria, and all the team. You've made, and will continue to make, a real difference. xxx
  • Ria Lacey I think we all agree the world needs to be educated and that includes GLB as I found out this weekend. Let's all keep up the push on education. R xx
