  Last week I tried to go shopping solo, and had a WTF am I doing moment. 

   

  I resolved that I would try again. And this time I wouldn't back out. 

   

  My original plan was to head to the Lowry Outlet Mall, as it's always empty. But this morning I changed my mind. I had failed in Stockport, so I would go to Stockport. 

   

  There was absolutely no WTF the moment, I just did it. Matalan, New Look, Gap, TXMaxx and H&M, browsing, trying on stuff, buying. 

  

  There were no comments, no issues on using changing rooms, no rudeness, there were plenty of people around, not quite at the levels of December 30th, but plenty around. Whaever caused my sudden attack of nerves last year, had gone, and I'm glad.

   

  To any girls who want to do this, you can. Even if you get nerves the first time, just try again.

   

  It worked for me.
