My return to Boots store

  After my previous blogs,this morning i decided to return to the Boots store.I was in need of new eye-shadows and thought the best way was to see the ladies who were so good to me before.

  As i walked into the store,i saw one of the ladies and walked upto her,she looked up and with a huge smile on her face greeted me 'hiya,how are you?how was the party?' she asked.

  I first asked her if they both got the message from head office about how good they were.'Yes,we did and it was so good of you to do that',telling me the store manager came down to see them both,he told them about my message and he was also impressed with their work.She later told me the area manager also came in and congratulated them as well.All said with a huge smile on her face,that was just so pleasing,and to be honest has made my day.

  So,she asked if all was ok,and if i needed anything,saying yes i do actually need eye-shadow,not anything blue so she took me over to the No7 displays,and after some discussion we decided on two palettes.Both with three shades in,one Cappucino and the other Good Earth.Also coming away with some new pads as needed as well.

  I was asked how the party was,and showed her a couple of pictures on my phone......Oh Wow,she said,you look brilliant,the make-up has been done well,the dress in wonderful!

  We had a bit of a chat,before other customers came to her for help.

  So,if any girl has the same sort of treatment in a shop,please make the effort to phone or speak to the store manager,as it does have an effect and it gives the shop assisstant a huge boost! I left there feeling great as i had done that,and felt 10 ft tall!!
