Every day now feels difficult. More difficult to live within restrictions. Watching tv, walking down the road is painful, reminders of femininity everywhere. Admittedly I have been out a couple of times in 4 years and think that a lack of expression has caused a build up of pain and frustration. If anyone else reading this has been in a similar situation in their lives, tell me, how did you deal with it, is there a way out of it, or do I just need to learn to live with the pain and frustration in a better way?
