On a thread On FB I used the term Trans. The people replying assumed I meant those that had or would be transitioning. Do we need a new term to cover both transexual and transgendered?

But the outer clothes don't define me as an individual - that's inside my brain. Whether I scream and shout or try to help I do that as both sides of me. Being Pisces is an apt sign to be transgendered...as is Gemini. I have a theory that 60-70% of Tgirls are either of those signs? As to definitions and words - they are just descriptions and can change their meanings over time - like gay. After all most words with trans in them are post 1970 in English at least. And as an aside in most other European languages there are only 2 words for us TG types - travesti and transsexuelle (and that's not cos other languages are limited with choices - Dutch has more words than any other language as an example).
