Dilemma

  I'm having a slight dilemma? 

   

  There is a good chance of being offered a permant position at the school i'm currently working at, i have been there since May on a zero hour contract, through a maintenance company who is based at the school.

   

  Today, my boss revealed to me that the school is thinking of offering me a position based directly with the school, therefore cutting out the maintenance company.

   

  My boss for the current company knows i'm a tranny and the person i report to at the school knows i'm a tranny; i did this on day two of working at the school, because of it being a sensitive place of work. 

   

  I am in the process of growing my hair, working for the school directly requires you to set an example to the students, in that you present yourself in a professional manner, working as part of the support team would require me to be more involved within an educational environment, escort the students on day trips, offering support to teaching staff, aswell as all the other roles involved within a school.

   

  At the moment my hair in blokey mode looks awful - but in Liz mode looks rather nice. So my dilemma is - Should i go and have it cut and go and buy some new wigs, or just carry on with the with the Worzle Gummage style or impress my future employers and go and have a short back and side's ? 

   

  I love wearing my own hair, but i'm not full time - but i really need a permant secure job?

   

  Any advice would be fully appreciated,
