    Lost Soul

In the urban dictionary the term a lost soul means -

somebody who has no direction in his/her life, a lost soul can have many acquaintances but never any real close friends. often a lost soul will long for someone to understand him/her, and because it is hard to understand the mind of a lost soul, often one will think he/her is mentally unstable, especially in today's culture and society
Your lost soul will not take you anywhere in your life.

I have been doing quite alot of thinking over the last couple of days, well with family, work and Friends lives all over the place, sometimes one thinks why do i bother with all this shit?

I've been around a bit and done varied jobs over my 25 odd years in full time work and have tried to get on in life without to much fuss, I do yern for an easy life - but don't we all?

Anyway - The Lost Soul, I had a brief chat today with my wife Shar I walked in from work and she didn't seem herself, so i asked "What's the matter my love"? - her reply was of an emotional one. I've been chatting to ...... early, i've left that blank because i'm not sure if i should put a name in there? and it's not good! Then Shar filled up and asked me to read a message on her phone.

The message reads - Hiya, not gonna mither ya, starting work soon, ..... all gone, off line now, eight years of my life deleted! Gonna go before i cry, that's why i can't ring you - you will just cry! Love you my sis, hope to see you soon, just so hard at the moment! xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

We have made friends on here who we hold very close to our hearts, and sometimes real life does get in the way whether that be through fall outs, births, marriges and deaths, normal every day life, but one thing that you should never be is a lost soul  in times of shit, friends are there to lean on for support, have that understanding ear, not be judgemental in tough times.

That is one of the reasons i bother with all this shit, because friends will be friends - right to the end!

  • Tim Flannery In my experience, transgender people who purge their wardrobes and try to suppress their urge to dress usually start dressing again poorer if not wiser. Your friend may have talked his or her decision through with people other than you but perhaps the...  more
  • Deleted Member It is so hard to live this lifestyle. I know I've tried to stop several times over the years & it definitely comes back & bites you on the bum. If anything, I think it comes back stronger. And yes, it does make you poorer as you then have to...  more
  • Josephine Green Thinking of 'purging' I do wonder how many women would love to do that to their wardrobe?
  • Pauline Smith I was given some great advice back about 1996/97 at the Philbeach Hotel in Kensington by a Tgirl (Anne??) who was probably as old as I am now. She said -" You can purge your clothes, but never your mind - so why not stop purging and enjoy being a...  more
