    Before you read any of this SHIT, Please understand this is MY Experience, and not a stab or dig at anyone.

    If you want a slanging match, i would prefer you do it to my face, not like a coward, hiding behind a computer screen, your post will be deleted.

    I have been a Anxiety sufferer and dealing with depression for many years on & off, and it is something that Only, Ones self should really deal with, there GP or seek professional help at least.

    You should know by now what the symptoms are; i'm not going to go through them as I'm not qualified to do so, as not everyone displays the same behavior.

    I'm going to give some of my Symptoms as a example;

    Frequent mood swings, i have been told by my GF, that i behave worse than a girl with PMT....now theres a thought.

    Feeling low in self-esteem, dragging yourself down, low outlook in life

    Suicidal thoughts, yes, me! wishing that life would be better off without me, come on ffs!

    Feeling emotional

    Theres some of my experiences, its not nice to feel like this nor should anyone judge someone who is.

    I have been on Fluoxetine 20mg now for at least 8 weeks, because they have settled in my system, I'm still up & down in mood, so I have been prescribed Propranalol, which is a beta blocker to stop the anxiety.

    I bet by now you have googled the side effects of these two drugs, trust me it aint no easy ride.

    Please Please Please, seek Professional help if you are unsure

    Yes we can offer you sympathy, and we know what you are going through, BUT we cannot treat your problem.

    xx
