The Audible Trans.....

Last night I posted an observation. That's all it was. It praised the quality and ability of those that present on Transtastic Radio. it also went on to put a thought-provoking question - or so I thought. I have since deleted it as it was perceived as criticism and I was threatened. I am now going to elaborate on the question I posed. The definition/meaning of 'transvestite' is roughly 'wearing the clothes of the opposite gender'. I know we don't all see ourselves under this title, but bare with me. So simply, a transvestite is about wearing clothes. CLOTHES are very VISUAL. Being a man in a dress is very much about the clothes, what you look like. It's probably a lot about the FEEL of being in those clothes too. So the question I posed is that, if much of being a transvestite is VISUAL, how can you be a transvestite in AUDIO only? If you sound like a man, it doesn't matter if we see you - we know from the girls clothes that you are a TV. If you sound like a man and we can't see you, then you could be a tranny or you could be just a 'regular' guy. So I am sure the challenge is obvious - how do you SOUND like a trans? I'm sure our mistresses here on Transtastic have pondered this. Do you camp it up? Is that being an audible trans? Do you talk in a squeaky falsetto? I am sure these audible queues are not the key to being a trans. Do you sit and talk about frocks? It's an interesting dilemma! Maybe you don't ponder the question at all? Does it really matter? It's not a criticism but a thought! And again I praise our sisters who do Transtastic Radio. I think Liz is great and by dropping in the odd 'Darlings', adds a slight femininity that's elegant and is true to herself. Who knows? Maybe Transtastic Television might be next.... Love always, Jules xxxxxxx
