  Well, the last visit to the GIC was successful,they did refer me for surgery.

  Yesterday the surgeon's secretary rang me up to sort out a pre op assessment meeting, It just happens to be in 2 weeks time, so a few days down in Brighton coming up.

  All this has take a while to sort out,

  I was referred to the GIC in beginning of 2015,had my first appointment mid 2016, plan on having surgery mid 2018, so 3 and a half years, so all those out there at the beginning of their journeys, don't give up, your time will come
