  3 major milestones today,first my transition was officially announced to my work team,

  I identify as being Transgender
  From the beginning of the New Year, I will officially become Simone.
  I have the full support of HR, my managers and work colleagues.
  I hope to have your support as well.
  Feel free to ask questions and I will answer them the best way I can.

  it was well received and very positive,then came home and the Deed Poll certificate was on the table,just needs signing and witnessing,finally I am going for my first interview as Simone to hopefully train to be a counsellor for the Lesbian & Gay Switchboard.

  I got the job

  My counsellor training start next week.

  And Tuesday evening  is the showcase night of PRISM, my companies Diversity and Inclusion for LGBT
