New Leadership

  So after many year of setting up and then running Transtastic it's time for me to leave. It's been totally amazing, but the time is right for me to step aside and let more new and exciting people take over.

   

  Katie Glover who is the Editor of Frock, and also operates Gender Society will be be taking over the reins from now on. We've known each other for years, and I've been talking about this for a number of month with her.

   

  I've got so much to do in my personal life and Transtastic - all it's members have really helped me developed in the person I am today - thank-you.

   

  I have so many other projects I work on, include Sparkle, the largest transgender celebration in the world (www.sparkle.org.uk) - and now also the UK National Transgender Awards. Oh, and I volunteer as a mentor for trans people locally... and I also work. So I'm a busy woman - I simply can't dedicated the time Transtastic needs, that you need as members.

   

  So the time is right - thank-you all so much, and especially thanks to Pauline who has been a rock to me personally and to this site.

   

  I'll be around for a while still - but for now over to Katie and her team.
